1. License and Usage
By using our application, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the application on your devices. You may not:
- Distribute or make the application available over a network
- Transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the application
- Copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify the application
- Create derivative works of the application or any part thereof
2. Subscription Services
Our application offers subscription-based services that include:
- Access to AI-powered image generation features
- Monthly credit allocation for generating images
- Premium features and tools
- Enhanced editing capabilities
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Credits are allocated on a monthly basis and do not roll over to the next month
- Access to premium features and image generation is only available during active subscription periods
- Upon subscription termination or cancellation, access to premium features and unused credits will be immediately revoked
3. Usage Rights and Restrictions
Images generated using our AI technology:
- May be used for personal or commercial purposes
- Must comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws
- May not be used to create harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content
4. Data Collection and Privacy
You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information about your device, system, application software, and peripherals. This information will be used to improve our products and services. Any collected data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
5. External Services
Our application may provide access to external services and websites. You agree to use these external services at your sole risk. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party services.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Additional Terms for Apple Users
The following terms apply specifically to users who download and use our application through the Apple App Store:
7.1 Agreement Acknowledgment
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Norfare only, not Apple. Norfare, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content.
7.2 Apple Device License
Your license to use the application is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including Family Sharing.
7.3 Maintenance and Support
Norfare is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.
7.4 Subscription Management
- Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
7.5 Warranty and Claims
In the event of any failure to conform to warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Norfare is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your use of it.
7.6 Intellectual Property
Norfare, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to intellectual property rights.
7.7 Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
